Designed a 65-page partner enablement playbook for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, bringing together best practices, strategic guidance, and program information into a structured long-form resource for Microsoft partners.
Challenge
The playbook needed to support a broad range of partner audiences, from established Business Applications partners to organizations new to Dynamics 365 Sales. With a large volume of content, the design needed to make the resource easy to navigate, scan, and use.
Approach & Role
Working within Microsoft’s playbook framework and brand standards, I designed page layouts, supporting diagrams, section structures, and visual hierarchy for the 65-page document. The work involved adapting the template to fit varied content types while keeping the full resource consistent and readable.
I focused on creating a clear flow through strategic guidance, partner best practices, and program information, using layout decisions and supporting visuals to make dense content easier to move through.
Impact
Delivered a polished partner enablement resource that supported Microsoft partner education and created a scalable foundation for future long-form materials.
