Designed a 65-page partner enablement playbook for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, bringing together best practices, strategic guidance, and program information into a structured long-form resource for Microsoft partners.
Challenge
This playbook needed to support a broad range of partner audiences—from established Business Applications partners to organizations new to Dynamics 365 Sales—while remaining easy to navigate across a large volume of content.
Approach & Role
I designed layouts, supporting diagrams, and visual frameworks that aligned with Microsoft’s brand standards while maintaining consistency across the 65-page document. The system was built to support readability and long-term scalability for future partner materials.
Impact
Delivered a structured, visually cohesive enablement resource that supported Microsoft partner education and provided a scalable foundation for future long-form content initiatives.
