Designed a coordinated set of webinar and campaign materials for Neo4j and AWS, helping translate customer graph technology into a more accessible story around connected data, smarter CX, and generative AI.
Challenge
The materials needed to explain a technical product story across several formats, from a live webinar presentation to follow-up sales and digital assets. The work also had to balance Neo4j’s visual identity with AWS co-branding while keeping the message consistent across touchpoints.
Approach & Role
Working within Neo4j brand system, I designed a webinar deck and supporting campaign materials that turned graph database concepts into a more visual, customer-focused story. The webinar structure moved from CX industry pressure points to customer graphs, AWS integrations, and a real-world What If Media Group example.
I adapted that core visual story across a datasheet, infographic, and social graphics, using layout, diagrams, and visual hierarchy to connect technical product value to practical CX outcomes.
Impact
Delivered a coordinated set of webinar and campaign assets supporting Neo4j and AWS product storytelling across live presentation, sales, digital, and social channels.
